Thank you for your interest in the short message services (“SMS”) subscription service (hereinafter referred to as the “Services”) provided by MyPengo Mobile (referred to herein as “Provider”, “we” or “us”) and our website located at http://www.cellago.com (the “Site”). Provider currently offers users access to a collection of on-line and mobile entertainment, including SMS services. This privacy policy (the “Privacy Policy”) was created to let you know what information we collect, use and disclose in connection with the Site and the Services. By using the Site and/or the Services, you consent to the following terms.

1. What information do we collect?


Personal information is any information that identifies you, or by which your identity could be deduced. It does not include your name, business address, business title, professional designations or business telephone number. Although additional demographic information may be requested at the time of registration, only information marked “required” is necessary for registration and utilization of the Services.


We do not accept registrations from persons under the age of majority in his or her province or territory of residence. Our Services are available only to persons who of the age of majority or over. If we learn that a user is under the age of majority, we will terminate the account and delete the user’s information. We will not be liable for any content or advertisements viewed by minor children in violation of the terms of this policy.


B. Information automatically collected through your use of the Site and Services


We collect system information such as IP addresses (in other words, the location of your computer on the Internet) for system administration, troubleshooting, security, and to examine overall traffic trends. This information, in aggregate form, is recorded for administrative purposes.


We also may use cookies, a small data file stored on your computer, to customize portions of our Services and Site to your preferences. For example, we may use these cookies to identify you as a registered user of our Services. Provider allows the user the possibility to interrupt the flow of information received via SMS. Information received via SMS can be interrupted by sending a text message with the word STOP to 80601 to unsubscribe from the Cellago service. You will be unsubscribed from the service immediately and you will receive a confirmation message. Alternatively, send an e-mail via our customer care e-mail form located at http://www.wingameon.com/ca/support.aspx. Within 24 hours you will be unsubscribed from the service (exception on weekend days, in which case you will be unsubscribed on the following Monday). You can also telephone our support number 1-888-353-2801 to receive additional automated information and leave a voicemail. Within 24 hours you will be unsubscribed from the service (exception on weekend days, in which case you will be unsubscribed on the following Monday).


2. What do we do with the personal information we collect?


We use the personal information we collect from you to do the following:

• provide the Site and Services to you,

• confirm your agreement with us for your use of the Site and Services,
• bill you, either directly or via your mobile communications carrier or Internet Service Provider (“ISP”), for the Services and process other transactions between you and us,
• improve our content,,
• customize certain Site pages or Services for you, and
• send you promotional information, and update you about us and our advertisers and sponsors.


3. With whom do we share personal information?


Our policy is not to disclosure your personal information to any third parties, unless we have received your consent, and except as follows:


• We may disclose such information to third party vendors (e.g., data storage and processing facilities) that we use to assist us in providing our Services, subject to similar obligations of confidentiality to those contained in this Privacy Policy.
• We share your MDISDN number and your carrier with our aggregator and carrier.
• We will disclose the name of winners of our competitions on our Site and in printed winner’s lists.
• We may disclose information about you to the mobile communications carriers or ISPs that you select to provide the mobile communications or Internet access services necessary to access our Services.
• We may also disclose information about you as we believe is reasonably necessary to comply with laws, regulations, court or administrative orders, or other governmental authority or to prevent harm to yourself or others.

Please note: any information you release directly to your mobile communications carrier or ISP or to parties who provide services to us, such as any vendors who advertise on our Site or Services, may be subject to different rules of use or disclosure. 6. Security


Your privacy is important to us and we take reasonable measures to protect the security of the personal information we collect. However, for technical reasons and otherwise, we cannot guarantee absolute security or that your personal information will never be disclosed. In addition, you are responsible for maintaining the security of any passwords of login ids you are provided and for any claims, losses, liabilities or expenses arising out the use of your passwords or ids, whether authorized or not.
